Research as Part of the Practice
Between Heaven and Earth — International Art Exhibition
In July 2024, my work was presented in Between Heaven and Earth, an international art exhibition held at Princes Mead in Farnborough, UK.

The title of the exhibition stayed with me because it describes a space that exists between opposites rather than belonging entirely to either one.

Much of life happens in these spaces.

Between certainty and doubt. Control and freedom. What we know and what we are still trying to understand.

I am increasingly interested in this idea within my own practice. Opposing states do not necessarily cancel each other out. They can exist simultaneously, creating tension, movement and sometimes an unexpected sense of balance.

Perhaps we do not always need to choose one side.

Sometimes the most interesting place is precisely the space between them.
