Warmth on Canvas — New York Exhibition
In December 2024, my work was presented in Warmth on Canvas, a group exhibition in New York.
The exhibition brought together artists with different visual languages and approaches, placing their works in conversation within a shared space.
For me, exhibiting is always different from seeing a work in the studio. In the studio, the relationship with a piece is private — shaped by the long process of making, changing and questioning it.
An exhibition changes that relationship.
The work leaves the space in which it was created and begins to exist independently, in front of people who bring their own experiences and interpretations to it.
That transition — from something made in solitude to something experienced by others — remains one of the most meaningful parts of showing my work.
